Why this Animal?

The Gibbon is one of the interseting animals to me. I find the Gibbon very shy because you dont see alot of pics. They are very protective of there baby and that means there very responsible. There are not that much of the species of the gibbon dont know why but they are very beautiful animal.I would love to have one gibbon for an animal they are good for pets.

Also called the lesser apes, gibbons differ from great apes bonbons, gorillas, and humans in being smaller. Swinging from branch to branch for distances of up to 15 m (50 ft), at speeds as high as 56 km/h (35 mph). Depending on species and gender, gibbons' fur coloration varies from dark to light brown shades, and anywhere in between black and white. It is rare to see a completely white gibbon. Gibbon species include the siamang the white-handed or lar gibbon, and the hook lock gibbon. They are strongly territorial, and defend their boundaries.

The gibbion lives in the rainforest. He eats fruit and plants to live. The animals that try to eat the gibbon is a lepoard and samll cats. They live in the trees so no animals can get the gibbon. They make nioses to signal the gibbons.

Day 1: I was in the rainforest searching for gibbons I was in a jeep on a path and I was very bumpy. I was looking up at the trees and I see this weird animal swigging threw the trees I didn’t know what it was at first but I look very closely and it was gibbon. The first time I ever saw a gibbon the gibbon looked very beautiful.
Day 2Now im going to talk about the gibbon,Gibbon,is the smallest ape. Of the nine speciesof monkeys, most are found in Southeast Asia. Gibbons are 17 to 35 in43 weigh up to 25 pounds. Gibbons are black or shades of gray, brown, or yellowin some species, males are darker than females. They feed on leaves, fruit, insects, and small birds
Day 3 I was in my tent drawling a gibbon I don’t know what was wrong with me but the gibbon caught my eye. I always went up at this spot where I always saw gibbons I would reasch them.Day 4 The gibbons biome is the rainforest its very colorfull and it has a lot of plants. Im going to talk about the rainforest ,Morethan two thirds of the world's plant species are found in the tropical rainforests. Plants that provide shelter and food for rainforest animals as well as taking part in the gas exchanges which provide much of the world's oxygen supply. Rainforest plants live in a warm humid environment that is like the rainforest, they have beautiful flowers adapted tothe rainforest insects. Fellow Researcher Profile
I found a person who was researching the gibbon. His name is Thomas Geissmann. He has a whole page about the gibbon.
http://www.gibbons.de/main/index.html
He was researching this gibbon called hoolock. The hoolock was one of the four species of the gibbon. There were two kinds of hoolocks. One lives in the east and one lives in the west. The hoolock was going endangered because they are having habitat loss. The habitat area was too big for the hoolock they started dieing in the habitat.

Limiting Factors
Im going to talk about what efects the gibbon and what helps the gibbon. Well the gibbon has a big prolblem with the jaguar. The jaguar huntes the gibbon thats the greatest thang that the gibbon faces. What helps the gibbon is the varity of the fruit in the rainforest they eat all kinds of fruit they eat berries, wild berries, apples, bannana. The gibbon always mess with animals and thats a reason that alot of animals go after the gibbon.
